Dragon ball Super is an ongoing Japanese anime TV show produced by Toei animations that began airing on July 5 2015.The series is a sequel to to the defeat of Majin Buu in the Dragon ball Manga and Dragon ball Z.The TV show reveals the events of the 10 year time skip in the end of Dragon Ball Z.Its overall plot is written by the Dragon ball Franchise Creator Akira Toriyama.It is also a manga illustrated by Toyotaru.
Currently,the TV show has 5 sagas.The sagas mostly involves the gods of the Dragon Ball Franchise.The current saga "Universal Survival" is actually not included in the Manga of Dragon Ball Super.Though the plot was written by Akira Toriyama and the characters were designed by Toyotaru.The series itself was used as a foundation for the movies "Battle of gods" and "Resurrection F".
